A little update…
I did the MEBB protocol for a while, and although I was getting stronger, and enjoying it for the most part, I also started noticing a number of injuries creeping in. I yanked my left ham/lumbar, like I did last year when it sidelined me for 5 months… luckily I knew what was going on this time, and got it back up to speed in a couple of weeks. Still, it sucked.
So, I played around w/ MEBB, CFSB, and CF Football WODs before coming to the conclusion that they were just too tough on my body, at least for the time being. So, now I’m back to more main-site WODs, although I’m looking at what’s happening at crossfit603.com with some interest…
