Now that I’ve dialed in my food quality (99.9% paleo), sleep (7.5+ hrs/night), and fish oil (10.8g/day), it’s time to play with IF again.
I started at 2pm today, and didn’t eat until 8am Wednesday (18hrs). Planning on IF’ing two days a week (Wed & Sun) to start.

Still feeling/looking fat as heck… I know it has only been a few days, but I figure I’d see some kinda change by now.
I haven’t IF’d since Sunday; should probably get back on that.
I pretty much cut out all my nuts this week, trying to watch calories & nut intake (been focusing more on coconut oil/milk, avo, etc.
Gonna try upping the fish oil to 15g+/day , too.
