3 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, ½ a turkey bacon. 1800mg Ω-3 turkey rollups, w/ avo. cashews & macs. 1800mg Ω-3 meatloaf, coconut fauxtatoes. cashews. experiment: coconut milk (1 can) + 1 banana + vanilla › ice cream maker. Yum. (I ate about half of it)
