<ul>
<li>The whole skin thing is done, thank goodness&#8230; I put the bands away and stopped eating corn, and it&#8217;s all gone.</li>
<li>After reading an article by Scotty Hagnas about reversing low T by getting off a chronic low-carb diet, I&#8217;m noticing that a) my belly is a bit fatter, but b) everything else is leaning out and getting better. Which is what he said would happen, because T is climbing again. So, it has been about a month of this, which (in my mind) means it&#8217;s about time to start cycling the carbs to a 1:3 schedule, and see if I can lean out.</li>
<li>I finally picked up a $200 weight set for $100 off craig&#8217;s list, so my garage is somewhat functional. Yee haw.</li>
<li>I started studying aikido, which I&#8217;m completely stoked about.</li>
</ul>
<p>That&#8217;s pretty much where things are at; I&#8217;m lifting 3x/week (and will start using this log again to track poundages), walking, and now, doing aikido 4x/week &mdash; which isn&#8217;t very strenuous at all, except for falling down and getting up again. A lot.</p>]]></content:encoded>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The CKD (cyclical ketogenic diet) is going well&#8230; stayed <30 carb g/day last week M-F, and S/S ate pretty normally, but added in a couple of sweet potatoes and such. No &#8216;off-the-rails&#8217; craziness, just the cacao-coconut milk thingy in the evenings. Mellow. And now, back on the CKD during the week.</p>
<p>Oh, and weigh-in on Sat. am said 218, so that&#8217;s 3 pounds down, which is amazing for me.</p>
<p>Did some swings, bench, kb clean &#038; press, etc. this morning.</p>]]></content:encoded>
