I went for the best form I could, since I’ve noticed my chest dropping a bit on some max effort reps lately…
 115, 135, 145, 155 (reps 4 & 5 were not pretty, so), 155 (prettier)
“baby JT” : 12-9-6 HSPU, ring dips, pushups
› the timer bonked. oh well. it was tough as hell. I tried to watch my R shoulder, and focus on form rather than speed… still, it was hard.
