    MEBB: Front Squats, 5×5
    I went for the best form I could, since I’ve noticed my chest dropping a bit on some max effort reps lately…
    [95] 115, 135, 145, 155 (reps 4 & 5 were not pretty, so), 155 (prettier)

    “baby JT” : 12-9-6 HSPU, ring dips, pushups
    › the timer bonked. oh well. it was tough as hell. I tried to watch my R shoulder, and focus on form rather than speed… still, it was hard.

      3 eggs, turkey sausage, turkey bacon. 2 coconut pancakes (mine & Sara’s). 900mg fish oil, dhea, L-carnitine.
