That’s pretty much where things are at; I’m lifting 3x/week (and will start using this log again to track poundages), walking, and now, doing aikido 4x/week — which isn’t very strenuous at all, except for falling down and getting up again. A lot.
Thinking about the first time the big skin thing happened… and I’m trying to remember if it was before or after I got my jump stretch bands. I know I’ve had allergy problems w/ latex before – well, with that powdery stuff they put on latex – but I’ve been using the bands and haven’t had any problems on my hands, only my face. So, WTF?
(it started after I got the bands, but the WTF still stands!)

Haven’t been posting, but I’ve been working out…
Having a bizarre skin/burn/thing; assuming it’s a food-based reaction, but have no idea as to what’s causing it. So, time for a food log & symptom watch. My hunch: cashews. We’ll see.
It’s been coming and going the past few weeks; always seems to start on a Thursday-ish, worse on the weekend, and cleared by the next week.

oh, yeah… I’ve started drinking the cultured coconut milk lately, too – but well after these breakouts began. Had about 4oz. today. Fish oils, L-carnitine, dhea, alpha lipoic.
And a little chocolate w/ whipped cream in the evening.
The CKD (cyclical ketogenic diet) is going well… stayed <30 carb g/day last week M-F, and S/S ate pretty normally, but added in a couple of sweet potatoes and such. No ‘off-the-rails’ craziness, just the cacao-coconut milk thingy in the evenings. Mellow. And now, back on the CKD during the week.
Oh, and weigh-in on Sat. am said 218, so that’s 3 pounds down, which is amazing for me.
Did some swings, bench, kb clean & press, etc. this morning.
