Five-Minute Tools

I’m quite the digital Monk. My office is close to 100% paperless — well, maybe 90% or so is closer to accurate.

But I just came across some tools so cool that are so gobsmackingly cool, I had to download them and try them for myself.

This page at Success Begins Today has the niftiest (yes, I just said nifty) plans for creating what they call a “Five-Minute Outliner”, using blank printable business cards and a simple Word template (which you can download), which you then write on and arrange as you need.

I’m still geeking out about it; I just think the idea is so cool.

And they don’t stop there: in addition to the Outliner, they have downloadable plans for a:

• Flowchart
• Organizer
• Motivators

And if these are cool enough to sway a digital Monk such as myself over to the land of paper, you know they’re cool.
